• Day 1 – ARRIVE LIMA, PERU
(The time depends on your arrival to Lima) Arrive in Lima and transfer to your hotel, located in the city’s exclusive residential district of Miraflores.

• Day 2 – HUACA PUCCLANA RUINS, BOHEMIAN BARRANCO
(10:00 am): We will visit Huaca Pucllana, The Ancient Peruvian Pyramid in Lima. Nestled in the bustling district of Miraflores, you’ll find a place in stark contrast with the industrial world around it. One of just many ancient monuments to explore, Huaca Pucllana is especially impressive as far as Peruvian ancient ruins, considering it is one of the oldest in Lima (2 hours).
(12:00-14:00 pm): After the ruins we will go to Huaca Pucllana Restaurant. The highly rated and deliciously authentic Huaca Pucllana Restaurant is located right next to the temple.
The talented chefs, Marilú Madueño and Andrea Massaro, and restaurant promoter Arturo Rubio, guarantee a unique dining experience. With a culinary philosophy specialized in sharing the complex flavors of Peru, you’ll find top dishes like Lomo Saltado (marinated sirloin with onions, tomatoes, rice, and french fries) and Ceviche (raw fish cured in fresh citrus juice with onion and spices).
(17:30 pm): In the afternoon we will visit Lima’s cultural district of Barranco. Barranco has become known as a bohemian neighborhood with a budding art scene. Its old mansions are being turned into restaurants, cafés, nightclubs, design shops, art galleries, and museums. Stroll through the neighborhood’s artsy streets and see wonderful murals and graffiti (2 hours).
(19:00 pm): Dinner: Central Lima, the four best restaurant in the world. We will enjoy from different specialties from the chefs.

• Day 3 – HISTORIC CENTER, GASTRONOMY
(9:00-13:00): We will visit one of the most important squares of Peru. San Martin Square is surrounded by balconies, Acestrals’ homes, colonial residences, and beautiful palaces. Following this, visit one of the most significant avenues of Lima, Jiron de La Unión. We will continue to the square of Lima or ‘Plaza Mayor’. Here you can view cathedrals, the government palace, city hall, and wonderful balconies decorated uniquely with an Arabic influence. We will go to one of the oldest catacombs of America, the ‘San Francisco Monastery’ (4 hours).
(14:00 pm): Lunch: Maido (Japanese and Peruvian cuisine), located in the seven place in the top 10 of the best restaurants in the world.
In the afternoon we will visit Larcomar a shopping center located on the Miraflores boardwalk. With the most exclusive stores in Lima and with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.
(19:30 pm): Dinner: Astrid y Gastón (traditional dishes from Peru)

• Day 4 – LIMA, AERIAL PERSPECTIVE FROM THE CITY
(9:30-11:00 am): In the morning we will have a photography class of Macro, that it´s a technique that it´s used for gastronomy.
We will go to the Rosa Naútica that it´s a restaurant on a rocky breakwater in the sea in the beach so you will see people surfing.
(14:00 pm): Lunch Rosa Nautica.
(17:00-18:00 pm): In the afternoon we will fly in a helicopter Robinson R44, over the highlights of Lima and we will discover the city from the air (1 hour).
(19:30 pm): Dinner: Tragaluz Belmond, we will have the opportunity to apply our macro lesson from the morning and we can take pictures from the food.

• Day 5 – LIMA
(8:00-12:00): We will go to the airport in Lima, where our trip finish and you can return to your home.

We will fly one hour at sunset over Lima. Lima is located at an elevation of 512 feet (156 metres) on the south bank of the Rímac River, about 8 miles (13 km) inland from the Pacific Ocean port of Callao, and has an area of 27 square miles (70 square km). Its name is a corruption of the Quechua name Rímac, meaning “Talker.” The city forms a modern oasis, surrounded by the Peruvian coastal desert a short distance west of the Andes Mountains.
